Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

 

Each order is prepared with care before heading out the door.

Please allow 3 – 7 business days for your order to be processed and packaged.

If your item is made to order or customized, processing may take a few extra days.

You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

 

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.

 

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

 

  • U.S. Domestic: 5 – 10 business days

  • Canada: 7 – 15 business days

  • International: 10 – 21 business days

 

Please note: these are estimated transit times provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or postal delays beyond our control.

 

 

3. Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

 

 

4. Shipping Carriers

 

We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, and other trusted partners.

If you have a preferred carrier, please reach out before placing your order — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

 

 

5. International Shipping & Customs Fees

 

We currently ship worldwide.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Peak & Perch Design Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

 

6. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Peak & Perch Design Co. is not liable for packages lost or marked as delivered by the carrier, but we’ll gladly help you contact the shipping provider to resolve any issue.

 

 

7. Local Pickup (If Applicable)

 

If you’re local and prefer to pick up your order, please contact us before purchasing to see if local pickup is available.

 

 

8. Pre-Orders & Backorders

 

If an item is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, we’ll note that on the product page.

Orders containing these items will ship once everything is ready to go.
